Tinkering Workshop under Atal Tinkering Innovation Mission
A two day Tinkering Workshop under Atal Tinkering Innovation Mission was conducted at school on 14th and 15th June 2023.Few students of Grade IX conducted the workshop. Students of Gurukul Global Academy and Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar of Golaghat attended the workshop.The workshop was conducted to nurture innovativeness in the field of electronics,coding and robotics.

National School Games
Antariksh Tamuly,Grade XI(Sc.) bagged a Bronze in the National School Games organised by Directorate of Education &Sports ,Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi. held in Delhi. He represented Assam and achieved this glory.
Congratulations to him for achieving this feat at the national level at U-19 Singles Event.
Antariksh also passed his Xth board exam this year with 90%.
World Environment Day Celebration,2023
World Environment Day Celebration,(5 June,2023)
VKV Golaghat celebrated World Environment Day with full gusto where children enthusiastically participated in various activities conducted for them. Poster making, leaves collection, identifying flora and fauna, sapling plantation etc. were organised followed by Documentary Show to secondary students and an Animated Movie Show for the primary students at the school. An awareness campaign with a Cycle Rally was also held early morning in association with the Dr. Robin Banerjee Museum Trust where students of the Eco Club participated.
To mark the special occasion, Shri Apurva Ballav Goswami,Chief Guest delivered an informative talk on Pollution affecting Environment and Importance of Afforestation.Man.Prabin Dhabolkar,All India Treasurer, Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari also graced the occasion with his presence. He urged students to take a pledge of Beating Plastic in our day to day life to avoid Pollution which was aligned with this year's theme BEAT PLASTIC POLLUTION
State Level Science Model Making Competition
Nirab Dhar and Nibir Pratim Hazarika (IX) of our school represented Golaghat district at State Level Science Model Making Competition and bagged 3rd position organised by Assam Science Technology and Environment Council.
Congratulations to both of them for bringing laurels to the school..
