The IT Club (Information Technology Club) of VKV Golaghat is dedicated to equipping students, teachers, and stakeholders with essential technical knowledge and skills to enhance the smooth functioning of Vidyalaya's daily activities. The club also fosters learning in computer science and promotes the effective use of electronic gadgets and e-resources.
Established on 11th September 2012, alongside the launch of Vidyalaya's official website, the IT Club has been a cornerstone in advancing the institution's technological capabilities. Each year, students from Class 6 onwards join the club as members. They receive comprehensive training and support to develop their expertise, enabling them to assist in IT-related troubleshooting and contribute to maintaining and updating the Vidyalaya's website.

Obhigyota, in
collaboration with TechSavvy, organized an engaging and insightful workshop on
Cybersecurity at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Golaghat. The workshop aimed to
equip students with essential knowledge about digital safety and the impact of
social media. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from both students
and educators, highlighting the growing need for safe digital practices in
today’s technology-driven world. The event began with a formal felicitation
ceremony, symbolizing the gratitude of Obhigyota and Vivekananda Kendra
Vidyalaya for the valuable contributions of the esteemed speakers.
