Science Exhibition was held at school on 8th December where students of VI-IX participated and displayed their models and presented in detail about it. Dr.Roshan Sharma,H.O.D Dept. of Botany inaugurated the event as Chief Guest. Students from other schools ,teachers and parents of our Vidyalaya visited the event. The exhibition was held to nourish scientific temperament and love for innovation.

Syed Shabaz Farhan of Grade IV participated in Dibrugarh at a 5 days' OPEN FIDE Rating Chess Competition from 23/11/23. He secured 1st position in the Under 11 age group and 25th position in the Senior Open category. He was awarded Rs 3000/- as prize money and a certificate.

In the NCSC 2023 -24 ( State Level) ,this is the third consecutive year that VKV Golaghat has been selected to participate in the National Children's Science Congress (NCSC 2023-24) to be held in Bengaluru. This year the project title: Study on Ipomoea Carnea jaco extract as biopesticides was represented from Golaghat district by VKV , Golaghat. Swastika Sarmah of Grade VII has presented their project in State Level at Halflong . The co- worker of the project is Madhurima Bora of Grade VIII.
