The special occasion of Teachers' Day was
celebrated with great vigour and joy, in VKV Golaghat on 5th September
2019. The celebration was commemorated with an assembly conducted by the
teaching fraternity.
To celebrate the
importance of the occasion the students of class 10 were earmarked the
responsibility of conducting classes for Class 6 to 9. The cultural programme
commenced at the auditorium at around 12:30pm starting with the felicitation of
five retired teachers from Golaghat who served the society by teaching and
building lives of others.
The students of class 10th & 12th
performed splendid dance and chorus sessions. The programme ended with the
chanting of the Shanti Mantra.
