It is fantastic to see the energy and excitement in the Youth participating in the  School Sports Week and the great range of activities they are offering to pupils. We believe that PE and sport has the power to change lives and it is an honour to be involved in a week that is inspiring so many young people.

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration @ VKV Golaghat

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration was organized on,October 2,2015.






Our School celebrated Gandhi Jayanti as well as Lal Bahadur shastri Jayanti.The programme started with mangalacharan by Meghali didi and programme proceeded with a speech by Subhalaxmi didi.It was followed by Shramadan by the students from class VI to XII.A film named "Gandhi" was showed to students in the Auditorium.

Teachers Orientation Camp@ VKV Golaghat

A Teachers Orientation Camp was organized on 22nd November2015.







A Day-Long Teachers Orientation Camp was organized on 22nd November.Altogether 43 teachers from VKV Golaghat,VKV Doyang and VKV Bokuloni attended the programme.Sus Lukumoni Barthakur,Smt Rupanjali Barthakur(VKV Bokuloni),Smt Meghna Borkakoty,Sri Gurucharan Das(VKV Tinsukia),Sri Vijay Upadhaya,Rupesh Kumar Singh(VKV Doyang) and Sri Dipen Mahanta (JNV Golaghat) guided the participants for effective classroom management.Sri Harsha Bardhan Bora attended the programme as Chief Guest.

Universal Brotherhood Day@ VKV Golaghat


Universal Brotherhood Day Celebration,September 11,2015.









Our school celebrated International Brotherhood Day in the school auditorium.Our chief guest was Sri Khageswar Bora Sir(Ex-Librarian,D.K.D. College,Dergaon).The program started with mangalacharan and followed by various programmes including a very valuable speech by our chief guest Sri Khageswar BoraSir.Other programmes included of dramatisation on four incidents on Swamiji's life,Swamiji's Chicago speech by our student Kumar Abhinav of class VIII(Vivek),drama,student's speech and teacher's speech by Nitashree didi and a song by our teachers.
