VKV Golaghat along with Vivekananda Kendra celebrated today Universal Brotherhood Day , the day to celebrate Swami Vivekananda's epoch making Chicago Speech on tolerance, unity and brotherhood at World Parliament of Religions on 11 September,1893. Principal, Achintya Goswami Sir spoke at length the underlying message of celebrating the day sharing anecdotes from Swami Vivekananda's life. There was also speech presentation by teacher,group song and Chicago Address by student. An Inter House Elocution Competition was organised among students. The day ended with ' Swadhyay Varga' among teachers reflecting upon Eknathji's book Sadhana of Service.
